Even more proof…

I came across some more great science on YouTube about sleep. This one is a super quick video that succinctly, and with some deft whiteboard drawing, explains what happens when you suffer long-term sleep deprivation. There are some similar messages to posts I’ve written before – but it’s all the same messages about why it is SO important.

Are you getting enough sleep? And if not, WHY NOT?
