Remembering to sleep well…

Some recent research out of Baylor University in the US has confirmed that good sleep = a good memory (or at least gives you a better chance at maintaining a good memory).

positive memory

This particular research focuses on the benefits of getting a good night’s sleep – slow brain wave (deep) sleep in particular. Much like many decisions we make in our formative years, making sure we sleep well can set us up well in later life to remember all those fun things that happened when we were young.

Are you going to get your ‘eight hours’ tonight?
