Even though I am placing a good deal of confidence in my skills of posting from my iPad (it HAS to be do-able), I just had to share some recent findings from the National Sleep Association (USA).
The findings are about how much sleep we should all be aiming to have each night.
The good question asked by Herb Scribner of the Desert News National is, are YOU getting enough sleep as one part of a couple?
