The Business Insider magazine has run a ‘puff piece’ about BIZARRE sleeping habits.
Can I note however, that these aren’t just the BIZARRE habits of ordinary people, they are the habits of SUPER SUCCESSFUL people. Is it time to get on board?
Personally, I don’t so much find these sleeping habits bizarre, but beautifully characteristic of the individuality of sleep.
And all 13 habits exemplify why we need to stop thinking that sleep is something that everyone has to do SO homogeneously.
Sleep differently and be more successful!! That’s the message I’m reading!
