I have been thinking about the actual act of sleep lately.
It’s such an important part of a daily life and with a recent visitor to my home (who has been most welcomed and enjoyed) an activity that I have sacrificed for consecutive nights of catching up and sharing wine.
While coping with the personal physical effects of reduced sleep and therefore Googling my symptoms out of my fascination with sleep, I came across this little snippet of ‘sleep information goodness’ while trawling through some pages about benefits v detriments of sleep.
